Cutting Edge Digital Combined Training Series Final

Cutting Edge Digital Combined Training Series 2023

Saturday 2nd of September 2023 saw our final event of three for the Cutting Edge Digital Combined Training Series at Wanneroo Horse & Pony Club. The grounds looked and rode beautifully and the atmosphere was as we like it- perfectly encouraging and supportive for our demographic of riders who represent the very definition of grassroots in equestrian sport.

The organising committee were pleased with the turnout from competitors- at this time of year the calendar is absolutely jam packed with events from clubs across all disciplines, and this series is a major fundraising opportunity for our club so it was fantastic to see the events so well supported by our community of competitors, spectators, trade stands and sponsors. We have to thank our sponsors for their generosity in supporting this event, without them the cost of running them outweighs the benefit by a huge margin and sponsors are essential to ensure the endurance of small clubs like ours continuing to offer events at the grassroots level.

The classes were hotly contested across all the events in all three age groups, with the final scores at the end of the series dominated by combinations with attendance at all three events and completing multiple leaderboard qualification classes with success and points scored. The Cutting Edge Digital Overall Series Champions and finalists as follows.
